New Customers

If you have never created an account on Live Advice or any other sites "powered by Ingenio", you may be eligible for a special trial offer. After you create your account, if you are eligible, you'll receive your special offer automatically. To use our service, you must be 18 years or older and enter a valid credit card at the time that it is requested.

Existing Customers

If you are a member of Live Advice, you may occasionally receive special offers from us and from advisors you have contacted before inviting you to contact them again with free minutes. In order to take full advantage of your membership, please make sure your email is valid and your preferences are set to receive email from us. You can check your preferences by going to "My Account", "Personal Info", "View Details" and making sure the box under "settings" is check with "Yes! Send me Ingenio offers and news that are of interest to me".
