Getting Started

It's quick and easy to get great advice and information from knowledgeable professionals on Live Advice.

Choose an advisor who is right for you. Browse through our extensive directory of professional advisors to choose one who is right for you. Before making your selection, you may view an advisor's photo, area of expertise, experience, rate per minute, availability, specialization, relevant credential(s) or license(s), and personal philosophy. You may also find it particularly helpful to review ratings and feedback left by other customers.
Initiate contact. Once you've selected your advisor, either click the "call now" button in their listing or call the toll free 800# with the extension associated to the advisor. You may also arrange a call with an advisor who is presently unavailable or send a message to an advisor.
Register and get connected. Either on the web site or over the phone, you'll need to create a member account that will be password protected and enable you to conduct safe and secure transactions on Live Advice, powered by Ingenio (learn more about Ingenio). As a member, you will have a personalized "My Account" page where you can view your account details and records of any transactions and view and edit your personal information. Once your account is created, you'll be connected with the advisor of your choice.
